Warranty Coverage for Juki Products

At Carolina Forest Vac and Sew, we are committed to providing peace of mind with every Juki product purchase. Below, you’ll find a full overview of your warranty coverage and how to request service if needed.

Limited Warranty Terms

When you purchase a Juki home sewing machine from us, you are protected by the following limited warranty terms:

• Motor and Electrical Components:
  Coverage for two (2) years from the original purchase date.
  This includes the motor, light assembly, wiring, switches, circuit boards, and speed control.
• All Other Machine Parts:
  Coverage for five (5) years on non-electrical machine parts under normal household use.

Please note: Consumable parts such as needles, bobbins, belts, loopers, feed dogs, knife blades, bulbs, and lamps are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Conditions

For the warranty to remain valid:

• The product must be used only for normal household, non-commercial purposes.
• Regular servicing must be carried out by an authorized Juki service dealer.
• The product must not have been subjected to misuse, negligence, unauthorized repair, modification, or damage from external causes like floods, fires, or accidents.
• Warranty service is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Warranty coverage applies only within the United States and Canada.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in a voided warranty.

Warranty Claims and Service Instructions

To request warranty service:

• Deliver or ship your product (prepaid) to the Juki authorized dealer where you made your purchase or to an authorized service center.
• Include the following with your shipment:
  • Original proof of purchase (dated receipt or bill of sale).
  • Completed warranty registration, if applicable.
  • A brief written description of the defect or issue.

We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect your machine during transport.

Important: Customers are responsible for all shipping and freight costs to and from the service center.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

• This limited warranty is your exclusive remedy.
• Juki America, Inc. and Carolina Forest Vac and Sew are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
• No additional express or implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) apply beyond what is stated here.
• Some states may vary in allowing limitations on warranties, so you may have additional legal rights.
