Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Order Verification: We may verify certain orders to ensure customer security, which could cause slight delays.
- Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods and Rates
All Shipping FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. Industrial machines may take up to 14 business days. Not responsible for weather delays.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee at checkout with faster deli
- very options.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Free Shipping: Offered on qualifying orders over a certain amount (specified at checkout). Exception on Industrial sewing machines.
Please note: We currently ship within the lower 48 state’s United States only.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to display.
- You can monitor your shipment status directly through the carrier’s website.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Orders may be subjected to a 40% restocking fee as well as shipping charges.
Return Conditions
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Item Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals. You must have a RA issued by Carolina Forest Vac & Sew clearly displayed in a clear view envelope with RA Displayed.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to complete any return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom orders, clearance products, and opened accessories, may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at ron@carolinaforestvacuum.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Securely package your item and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Credits will be issued to the original payment method.
- You will be notified via email once your return has been successfully processed.
If the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or damaged item), we will cover all shipping costs. Please inspect your item for freight damage before accepting your product and make sure the driver clearly makes notes of any damage. All excepted merchandise with out exception with out listed damage is understood to be in good working order and free of damage. Please report any electronic issue with in 5 days of recieving goods.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or product, please initiate a return first and place a new order separately. This helps speed up the replacement process. Addtional shipping cost will be your responsibility.
