YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION ARE INTEGRAL TO THE SHOPIFY CONSUMER SERVICES AND AMOUNTS CHARGED BY THE DISCLAIMING ENTITIES FOR SERVICES AND THAT IF THE DISCLAIMING ENTITIES WERE TO ASSUME FURTHER LIABILITY OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH HEREIN, THE FEES WOULD, OF NECESSITY, BE SUBSTANTIALLY INCREASED.

Please return any unwanted or damaged merchandise within 30 days.
If, for any reason, a product does not meet your expectations,
return it for an exchange, refund, or credit of its purchase price minus actual shipping fees it cost to get the item to you and returned.  Please see our store policy section for any applicable restocking fees. In addition a restocking fee of 30% may apply if the product are found to be not broken or under warranty due to consumer negligence as determined by Carolina Forest Vacuum INC DBA CarolinaForestvac&sew.com,carolinaforestvacuum.com or any of our affiliates. No credits of any kind ,full or parcel will be applied. All goods must have a RA number provided by Carolina Forest Vacuum Inc.

All Shipments are FOB Shipping Point (or FOB Origin) — most common in domestic U.S. transactions

• The seller loads the goods onto the carrier at their location (factory, warehouse, etc.).
• Risk and title pass to the buyer as soon as the goods are loaded onto the transport vehicle.
• Buyer pays for freight, insurance, and bears risk during transit.
• Example: “FOB Carolina Forest Vac & Sew, Myrtle Beach, SC” means once the product is loaded on the truck at Carolina forest vacuum.com Inc or any affiliate, the buyer owns it and handles shipping risks/costs.
• If merchandise is damaged make issue with shipper and or refuse delivery.

All returned merchandise must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.
