By using carolinaforestvacuum.com, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, leave the Site.
This page covers accessibility, how the Site may be used, South Carolina law, and exclusive venue in Horry County, South Carolina. It works with our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Shipping and Returns Policy. If those pages conflict on governing law or venue, this page controls.
One. Acceptance You accept this Agreement by creating an account, adding items to a cart, placing an order, or continuing to use the Site after this page is available. Access is offered only on that condition.
Two. Accessibility We are a family-owned South Carolina shop. We work in good faith to keep the Site reasonably usable, including for people who use assistive technology. We aim for WCAG two point two Level A A where practical.
The Site runs on WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, and other tools we do not fully control. Those tools can affect accessibility. This page describes our effort and how to reach us. It is not a warranty that every page meets every guideline at every moment.
Three. How to request help If a page, form, listing, checkout step, or document is hard to use, contact us. We will try to help by phone, email, or in the store, and we will fix what we can.
Subject line: Website accessibility
Please include the page address, what went wrong, the device or browser if you know it, and a phone or email for our reply. We aim to respond within five business days.
Four. Phone and store access You may also call Monday through Friday, nine to five Eastern, email us, or visit the store. We can take orders, answer product questions, and arrange service by phone.
Five. Governing law This Agreement, the Site, and any dispute relating to the Site, this Agreement, our products, our services, or your use of them, including accessibility, privacy, advertising, or consumer-protection claims, is governed by South Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Six. Exclusive venue You and Carolina Forest Vac and Sew agree that the exclusive place to resolve any dispute is Horry County, South Carolina. That includes lawsuits, small-claims or magistrate cases, and similar proceedings, whether brought under South Carolina law or the law of another state.
File only in the Magistrate Court for Horry County, the Court of Common Pleas for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Horry County, or the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina in the division that includes Horry County, if federal jurisdiction exists.
You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any claim that Horry County is inconvenient. If a court will not enforce exclusive venue for one claim, the rest of this Agreement still applies, and any claim that can be heard in Horry County shall be heard there.
Seven. Notice before filing Before filing a lawsuit or small-claims case about the Site or accessibility, email us and allow fifteen days for a response. This request does not extend any statute of limitations except as the law requires.
Eight. No waiver and changes If we do not enforce a part of this Agreement right away, we may still enforce it later. We may update this page. The Last updated date will change. Continued use after an update means you agree to the revised terms.
Using this site also means you agree to our Accessibility Statement and Website Use Agreement.
